8000 THB (up to 2 hours)
valid until May 31, 2026

+3000 THB for every additional hour

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • You will receive 20 edited photos for 2 hours of shooting.
  • Each image is carefully edited with natural color correction, brightness balancing, perspective and vertical line correction, HDR blending(if needed), sky enhancement, and light retouching to create a clean, bright, and polished final result. Extensive object removal, renovations, or virtual staging are not included
  • Full payment is required after the shoot, either in cash or via Thai bank transfer.
  • Photos will be ready within one week and delivered via a cloud service.
  • Drone photography is not provided

Villa Preparation Checklist

  • Window & Surface Cleaning: Ensure all glass, mirrors, and polished surfaces are streak-free.
  • Staging & Linens: Steam or iron all bed linens and neatly arrange furniture cushions and towels.
  • Outdoor & Pool Area: Remove pool cleaners and toys, straighten loungers, and move all vehicles out of sight.
  • Styling: Arrange fresh flowers, a fruit basket, or elegant table settings to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Lighting & Electronics: Replace burnt-out bulbs, hide all visible cables, and turn off ceiling fans.
  • Kitchen & Bathrooms: Clear countertops of sponges, bins, and toiletries; put all toilet lids down.
